At our store, every packaging stamp is specially made as per your submitted text, artwork and layout. We take great care to deliver high-quality, clear and accurate laser-engraved stamps.
We will replace the product free of charge if there is a manufacturing or order-processing error from our side.

1. Nature of Customised Products
All customised packaging laser engraved stamps are made to order.
2. Eligibility for Free Replacement / Refund
You are eligible for a free replacement (or refund, if replacement is not possible) only in the following cases:The product received is physically damaged during transit, orThe product has a manufacturing defect, orThe engraving or design is different from the approved proof or order details.Because of the personalised nature of these products, returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference.
